In the rare instance that a problem should arise, Rowe Furniture offers a limited warranty to help remedy the issue.
Upholstered Furniture Limited Warranty

FRAMES, SPRINGS, AND MECHANISMS - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
Frames, springs, and motion mechanisms are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for the entire life of the product. Examples of these mechanisms include but are not limited to, swivel bases, rocker bases and sleep sofa mechanisms

CUSHION CORES – LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
As long as you own the 300-CC, 600XL and DP Series cushions Rowe guarantees they will be free from defects and will not lose foam resiliency.
The 1.8 density foam is intended to soften over time, but should never lose its resiliency (or the ability to recover from compression). It is also common for the polyester wraps to lose some initial loft which could contribute to cushion flattening.
The more casual cushions such as 600XL, DP series and Feather Soft Cushions will, by design, flatten, wrinkle and soften. In order to remedy this we recommend you fluff these cushions as you would fluff a feather pillow.

7 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
The 7 year limited warranty covers standard Rowe Sleep Sofa Innerspring Mattresses. These products are under warranty to be
free from manufacturing defects and against the lose of foam resiliency for seven (7) years. The mattress cover material is not
included in the warranty.

3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
The 3 year limited warranty covers CloudCoil Sleep Sofa Mattresses. This product is protected for three (3) years against
defects in materials and workmanship.

FABRICS, FILLING MATERIALS AND FASTENINGS - 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
Upholstery fabrics are under warranty for one (1) year against seam frying, slippage and dye transfer. The warranty is valid only if the cleaning practices conform with industry standards. This warranty does not include wearing, wrinkling, fading or fabric that has been treated with a dealer or consumer applied soil repellent.
Foam filling materials are under warranty for 1 year against the loss of foam resiliency.
Zippers and seams are under warranty for 1 year against failure, including seam slippage
Warranty Limitations
- The Rowe Furniture Warranty is extended to the original purchaser and owner. It does not apply to furniture that has been abused or used in a business environment. The warranty only applies to furniture used for normal residential use.
The Rowe Promise
- The Rowe Furniture Company promises to repair or replace any part or parts they deem to have manufacturing or material defects. The warranty applies as long as the products fall within the provisions, time allowances and limitations of this warranty.
